Winston Churchill visits Dundee

It is his first visit to Dundee since his election in the Liberal interest as MP for the city at a by-election the previous month. Churchill addressed two large and reportedly enthusiastic meetings in the Kinnaird Hall. The first was held in the afternoon and was attended exclusively by ladies. The evening meeting was attended by around 2,000 people.
