A Liberal Brains Trust

Under the auspices of the Liberal Party Organisation, the Women’s Liberal Federation and the Local Conference Committee, at 7.30pm a Liberal Brains Trust was held at the White Rock Pavilion, Hastings. On the panel were Lady Violet Bonham Carter, Sir Andrew McFadyean (lately President of the Liberal Party), former MPs Frank Byers and Frank Owen and Jo Grimond MP. Question Master: John Arlott. A reserved seat in the balcony cost two shillings and sixpence.
