Townshend who had suggested to Bright he write something for recently enfranchised new voters, especially farm workers. The pamphlet costs one penny but three shillings buys one hundred and twenty-five shillings one thousand from the National Press Agency Ltd, 13 Whitefriars, London, E.C.
